Welcome to Sigmify LLC (“Sigmify”, “we”, “our”). By using our websites and products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

We provide AI software that converts user prompts into short-form videos and images (“Service”). We may update or improve the Service over time.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws. We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

• No adult/sexual, gambling, weapons, illegal or harmful content.
• No harassment, IP infringement, privacy violations, or unsafe activities.
• No attempts to bypass safety, rate limits, or access other users’ data.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features use tiered subscriptions and optional credit packs. Payments are processed via standard card networks (e.g., Stripe). We do not accept cash, P2P, or crypto.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Ownership & Licenses

You retain rights in your inputs and, subject to applicable law and third-party rights, in outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process content to provide the Service.

We retain all rights in the Service, models, and software. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Third-Party Tools & Brands

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors). “Google Veo 3™” is a Google product; Sigmify/Vadeo is not affiliated with Google.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sigmify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Wyoming courts.
